Full job description

We are looking for someone who can confidently step into active projects, support client relationships, and help maintain project momentum and efficiency.

This role would involve both creative and operational responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle and is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, collaborative, and able to take ownership of design execution and communication. Based on our conversations, we believe your experience and approach align very well with what we’re looking for.

Proposed Schedule

Part-time position
Starting July (flexible)
Tuesday–Thursday (flexible — Thursdays are ideal in office)
Opportunity to work semi-remotely (minimum 2 days in office preferred)
Approximately 8:00/9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Starting compensation: $28/hour with a raise potential after 3 months

Responsibilities for this position may include:

Client communication and presentations
Design development and documentation
Floor plans, elevations, and renderings
Mood boards and design concepts
Furniture, finish, and material sourcing
Selections and specifications
Organizing project documentation and revisions
Site visits and collaboration with project managers and trades
Supporting project timelines and follow-through across multiple active projects
