We are currently looking for a Part-Time Showroom/Backstore Technician for our Ottawa location!

In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and shipping merchandise, as well as assembling furniture for the store’s merchandising.

Here’s what your day will look like as Showroom/Backstore Technician at MUST Société Ottawa:

Manage the receiving and shipping of merchandise;
Assemble, transport, and unpack furniture and accessories;
Arrange merchandise on the sales floor;
Identify and label all products on the floor;
Handle inventory management and transfers;
Perform any other related tasks.

You are our future Showroom/Backstore Technician if you have the following skills:

Experience in furniture assembly and/or carpentry (an asset);
Good physical condition (must be able to lift and move furniture);
Customer satisfaction is a priority for you;
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize;
Demonstrates respect, courtesy, patience, and a positive attitude with a taste for teamwork;
Follows work directives and respects the limits of your responsibilities;
The rigor, motivation, and leadership required to succeed in this role.

Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la réception et de l’expédition de la marchandise, ainsi que du montage de meubles pour le marchandisage du magasin.

Gérer la réception et l’expédition de la marchandise;
Monter, transporter et déballer les meubles et accessoires;
Disposer la marchandise sur le plancher de vente;
Identifier et étiqueter tous les produits sur le plancher;
Effectuer la gestion des inventaires et des transferts;
Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe.

Vous êtes notre futur.e technicien.ne de plancher si vous possédez les compétences suivantes :

Expérience en montage de meubles et/ou en menuiserie (un atout);
Bonne condition physique (capacité à soulever et déplacer des meubles);
La satisfaction de la clientèle est une priorité pour vous;
Bon sens de l’organisation et capacité à gérer les priorités;
Fait preuve de respect, de courtoisie, de patience et possède un bel esprit d’équipe;
Suit les directives de travail et respecte les limites de ses responsabilités;
Possède la rigueur, la motivation et le leadership nécessaires pour réussir dans ce rôle.
