Ready to suit up as a Bilingual Account Coordinator

The Bilingual Account Coordinator at GardaWorld plays a key role in coordinating daily operations between clients, field teams (security officers), and internal departments (scheduling, recruitment, operations, and human resources). They act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts to ensure efficient service delivery in line with contractual requirements and company standards.

Responsibilities for Bilingual Account Coordinator

Act as the primary point of contact between clients and GardaWorld internal teams.
Ensure bilingual communication (French and English) with clients and employees.
Coordinate security officers’ schedules in collaboration with the scheduling team.
Handle client requests (replacements, emergencies, post adjustments, operational needs).
Monitor site performance and ensure compliance with security standards and contractual requirements
Maintain up-to-date client records (reports, incidents, compliance, operational logs).
Track employee absences, lateness, overtime, and staffing requirements.
Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to support onboarding of new employees.
Escalate and resolve operational issues or on-site conflicts in a timely manner.
Prepare regular reports for account managers and operations teams.

Qualifications for Bilingual Account Coordinator

- Bilingual: French and English (spoken and written required).
- Experience in the security industry or a similar field (customer service, operations, coordination, account management).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of scheduling tools or HR systems (asset: SuccessFactors, Excel, etc.).
- Strong customer service mindset and professional approach.
- Team player with strong problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
