ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly organized, service-oriented, and dependable Corporate Support Officer to join our team.
This role plays a critical part in the day-to-day operations of AEI by supporting administrative, executive, financial, student, and organizational processes. As the first point of contact for many stakeholders, the Corporate Support Officer helps ensure our office operates efficiently, our records and documentation remain accurate, and our staff, students, and partners receive exceptional service and support.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Corporate Support Officer provides administrative and executive support to the President and CEO, and Vice President and COO while supporting the broader Corporation Services team. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities, solving problems, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Experience and Knowledge Required for the Position include:

High school diploma or GED supplemented by post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of two (2) years of related administrative experience.

An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
Skills and Abilities:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, email, and internet-based applications.

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide administrative, executive, reception, and operational support to the President & CEO, and Vice President & COO.

Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, correspondence, and administrative requirements for the President & CEO, and Vice President & COO.

Coordinate office operations, supplies, facilities, mail, meeting logistics, and organizational events.

Support governance activities, including Board and committee meeting logistics, documentation preparation, meeting materials, and record management.

Support student admissions, arrivals, departures, orientations, student medical insurance administration, and homestay-related processes.

Maintain accurate records, files, databases, and operational documentation.

Support invoicing, reporting, data validation, and other financial and administrative processes.

Coordinate technology-related requests and administrative onboarding and offboarding activities.

Provide professional and responsive service to students, agents, partners, vendors, and staff.

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of operational procedures, templates, and workflows

Contribute to a positive, welcoming, and service-focused office environment.

Hours of work: This position generally follows standard business hours of 8:15 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
AEI offers a competitive salary ranging from $49,244 - $68,744, annually, and offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health and dental benefits and RRSP matching.
