Position Summary
Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the F&I Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by presenting financing options, securing approvals, and offering vehicle protection products. You’ll act as the liaison between customers, lenders, and the dealership while upholding the highest ethical and compliance standards.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with Sales Professionals to deliver outstanding new and used vehicle solutions
- Present financing, leasing, extended warranties, and aftermarket protection products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders to secure competitive rates
- Accurately process finance and lease contracts and ensure timely funding
- Explain dealership and manufacturer service policies clearly and professionally
- Ensure full compliance with federal, provincial, and local regulations
- Maintain confidentiality and detailed documentation on every deal

Who You Are
- A customer service professional with strong interpersonal skills
- Abillity to work alternate Saturdays and weekdays until 6pm
- Highly organized and comfortable working under deadlines
- Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of modern dealership systems
- Minimum 5 years automotive experience, including 2+ years in financial services or F&I
- Comfortable with measurable performance standards
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Confident working with a commission-based compensation structure
- Self-managed, professional, and discreet
