What's the opportunity?
As a member of the Flex team you will be part of a dynamic team that will be trained to support numerous teams throughout Personal Banking Client Operations. In this role, you will use your deep knowledge and experience of diverse RBC products, processes and services to effectively analyze non-standard and/or specialized transactions.
Please note that this role is available Nationally to employees within commutable distance of a Centre will be required to work in Office as per PBO guidelines.
What will you do?

Delivers excellent service to our clients every time; focusing on doing what is best for our clients and the organization - making it Simpler, Faster, Better.

Continuous pro-active and agile approach to adapt to change, to process work volumes as measured through established Client Service Commitments

Exercise due diligence by following operational risk policies, procedures, standards and guidelines

Takes ownership and accountability of client investigations or escalations at first point of contact and works to resolve at source, refers to manager where applicable in accordance with established client escalation protocol

Good working knowledge of RBC systems (ex: Casper, Linx, Service Platform, CART, Application Launchpad , Iris, On-Demand, Originate etc.)
