We have an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Lead QA Monitor, reporting to the QA Supervisor at our St. George, NB facility.

Monitor QA performance, efficiency, and data‑logging accuracy.

Conduct QA training sessions for team members.

Perform daily internal facility audits to ensure compliance and operational quality.

Monitor Out‑of‑Spec products and determine the root cause of nonconformities.

Complete customer rectification inspections related to product complaints.

Investigate customer complaints and conduct root‑cause analysis.
