The Organizational Development Coordinator, Learning & Development supports the delivery of Day & Ross’s enterprise learning and development programs through effective coordination, administration, and participant support. Reporting to the Manager, Organizational Development, this role works closely with the OD team, HR, and business leaders to ensure a seamless and high-quality learning experience.
This position is responsible for coordinating program logistics, maintaining learning systems, and supporting the execution and delivery of leadership and employee development initiatives. The OD Coordinator plays a key role in enabling effective learning experiences, supporting facilitation, and contributing to the continuous improvement of programs that build capability and enhance organizational effectiveness.
How You’ll Help

Coordinate and administer enterprise learning and development programs, including scheduling sessions, managing enrollments, and supporting facilitators and participants.

Manage program logistics, including calendar coordination, materials preparation, and virtual or in-person session setup.

Maintain and update learning systems (e.g., Oracle), including course assignments, completion tracking, and learner records.

Provide first-line support to employees and leaders for learning-related inquiries, including troubleshooting system access and course-related questions.

Track and monitor participation and completion of learning programs, including compliance and mandatory training requirements.

Prepare and distribute program communications, including invitations, reminders, and follow-ups.

Support and enable program facilitation, including preparing materials, coordinating session logistics, and assisting facilitators to deliver effective and engaging learning experiences.

Assist in the facilitation of select learning sessions or components, as appropriate, to build facilitation capability and support program delivery.

Support the execution of leadership and employee development initiatives, contributing to a consistent and high-quality learner experience.

Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring data integrity, organization, and confidentiality.

Collect and organize participant feedback, supporting program evaluation and continuous improvement.

Generate reports on key learning metrics, including participation, completion rates, and program effectiveness.

Collaborate with the OD team, HR Business Partners, and vendors to support the successful execution of learning and development initiatives.

Ensure alignment with organizational policies, governance standards, and compliance requirements across all learning activities.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the learner experience, contributing to continuous improvement of programs and delivery.

Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives, supporting evolving learning and organizational development priorities and other duties as required.
Your Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.

1-3 years of experience in HR, organizational development, learning, or a related field.

Experience working in a corporate or multi-site environment; transportation, supply chain, or manufacturing experience considered an asset.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with HR and business teams

Dta and reporting skills to support accuracy and data insights.

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR or learning systems is an asset
