Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Sales and Leasing Consultant, where your enthusiasm and expertise will drive customer satisfaction and business growth. In this energetic role, you will engage with prospective buyers, present vehicle options, negotiate deals, and facilitate seamless leasing processes. Your passion for sales and exceptional customer service will help clients find their perfect vehicle while ensuring a positive and memorable experience. Duties

Engage with potential customers through outside sales efforts, building relationships and expanding the sales pipeline
Present vehicle features and leasing options confidently, tailoring solutions to meet individual customer needs
Negotiate terms, prices, and leasing agreements to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability
Support B2B (business-to-business) sales initiatives by establishing partnerships with corporate clients and fleet managers
Upsell additional products, services, or warranties to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities
Manage sales documentation meticulously, ensuring accurate records of deals and customer interactions
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person, demonstrating strong communication skills

Requirements

Proven experience in dealership or retail sales, especially in high-end automotive environments
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and ethically
Experience in outside sales and B2B sales strategies to grow the dealership’s market presence
Excellent organizational skills to manage a robust sales pipeline and follow-up processes effectively
Demonstrated success in upselling, marketing strategies, and customer engagement techniques
Exceptional communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for engaging prospects and clients
Prior dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for automotive sales is essential
Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals
