Office Assistant

An exciting career opportunity is available with our dynamic and team-spirited Sussex group. We are currently seeking an Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a personable, highly motivated detailed individual with the ability to meet deadlines and work well with a team.

You will be responsible for various office support tasks including but not limited to:

· Attending to incoming phone calls, welcome visitors;

· Type quotes, send emails, invoicing, payment processing and filing;

· Manage First Aid supply inventory;

· Co-ordinate and schedule safety training for co-workers;

· Cross-train to cover Accounts Receivable /Payables for Vacation Coverage;

· Upload invoices to Customer Portals; Retrieve and distribute Purchase Orders;

· Monitor Monday Software to Assist LA as needed.

Your background includes:

Excellent interpersonal skills both with customers and co-workers
Good planning and organizational skills;
Strong attention to detail;
Proficient computer skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Excellent written and spoken English; Bilingualism is an asset.

The successful candidate would possess a College Diploma in Business or an Administrative Professional Certificate, and have three (3) years in a similar role.

Regular office hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. This is a full-time position which offers an excellent remuneration and benefits package.
