About the Business Development Department
At UPS, our Business Development team is the driving force behind our growth. Our Inside Sales Associate acts as a trusted advisor - for growing UPS Small Package business within the small customer segment.
Job Summary
We’re looking for an Inside Sales Associate to grow UPS Brokerage for imports, exports, and partner solutions across healthcare, small package, and freight. This is a high-energy business development role with unlimited earning potential.
Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent / Remote
Workdays: Monday to Friday (must be able to work ALL 5 days of the week)
Shift Hours: 8.30 AM to 5.00 PM (must be able to work a minimum of 40 hrs. per week)
Shift Duration: 8 hours a day (requires flexibility with Start and Finish time)
Location: Based in Canada
Wage Salary: $20.12 per hour
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Hunt for new clients and expand market share.
Build strong relationships to grow revenue and retention.
Act as a trusted advisor navigating the world of logistics.
Present creative, value-driven solutions to customers.
Collaborate across teams and partners.

Requirements
Plus 1 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or a related industry – Required
Intermediate computer skills: Excel (Microsoft Office) – Required
Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken) – Required (regular interactions with clients outside Quebec – 50%)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong financial and market knowledge
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Meets local age and operations requirements to operate a vehicle | Class 5 License
Availability to work flexible hours and provides own vehicle for business
Bachelor's degree or International equivalent – Preferred
