Job Summary
We are seeking a Supervisor, Pharmacy Operations (Consultant) to join McKesson Central Fill Pharmacy in Moncton, New Brunswick. This role is ideal for a licensed pharmacist who is passionate about operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
As part of our team, you will help support safe, efficient pharmacy operations by ensuring quality standards are met, key processes run effectively, and cross-functional teams work together to deliver high-quality service. You will also play an important role in supporting system integrity, resolving operational issues, and driving improvements that enhance performance and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee daily pharmacy operations to support safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery
· Monitor operational performance and support the achievement of key quality, productivity, and service metrics
· Support regulatory compliance, audits, and quality assurance programs
· Maintain accuracy and integrity of systems and operational data
· Collaborate with internal teams, technology partners, and customers to resolve operational challenges and support service excellence
· Support inventory and supply chain processes
· Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
· Other duties as business needs require
Qualifications
· Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with provincial regulatory authority
· Bachelor of Pharmacy (BScPharm or PharmD)
· Experience in pharmacy operations within a regulated healthcare environment
· Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality standards, and pharmacy best practices
· Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required; Power BI an asset)
Assets
· Bilingualism (English and French) is considered a strong asset
