As a Policy System Analyst, you will be responsible for Policy Center system support which includes production problem management, managing clean-ups, analysis, testing, recreates, knowledge share and participation in delivery of fixes. You will also provide business and technical support to system strategy delivery related to backlog refinement, system applications, procedures, workflows and documentation.
- Act as a System Support expert in maintaining the health of our policy administration systems, policy training system and deliver on business and technology capabilities and strategy.
- Support system strategy through technical debt review and backlog analysis.
- Responsible for end-to-end production problem clean-up management across all Product lines.
- Accountable for overall quality of problem records in the Problem Management Tool (categorization, prioritization, formal closure).
- Provide support to Business Partners on current business functions
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience with Systems and Production.
- You have a Diploma or Degree in Business, information technology or Computer Science.
- Holding the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation is an asset.
- You have working knowledge and extensive comprehension of business/systems applications, procedures and workflows.

Salary placement

Sales Roles
