As our Automotive Sales Manager, you will lead by example, driving vehicle sales while motivating and supporting a high-performing sales team. You'll play a key role in developing new business, building lasting customer relationships, and ensuring every customer enjoys a professional, personalized buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed dealership sales goals.
Promote and complete vehicle sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
Oversee daily sales operations to ensure an efficient and seamless sales process.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive dealership performance and growth.
Coach the sales team on effective sales techniques and customer service best practices.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused work environment.
Complete administrative and other sales-related duties as required.

Qualifications

Previous leadership or sales experience is considered a strong asset.
Proven ability to motivate others and achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities with effective closing techniques.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Adaptable, dependable, and results-oriented.
Bilingualism is considered an asset.
