See Sight Tours is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Shuttle Drivers to lead our Hopewell Rocks Experience departing from Moncton, New Brunswick. This guided sightseeing tour takes guests to the world-famous Hopewell Rocks, home to the highest tides in the world along the Bay of Fundy.
As a Driving Tour Guide, you'll provide safe transportation while delivering engaging commentary about the region's history, culture, geology, and the remarkable tidal phenomenon that makes Hopewell Rocks one of Atlantic Canada's most iconic destinations.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company tour vehicle while providing an exceptional guest experience.
- Share engaging stories and commentary about Moncton, the Bay of Fundy, Hopewell Rocks, and the surrounding region.
- Welcome guests, assist with boarding, and provide outstanding customer service throughout the tour.
- Coordinate tour timing to ensure guests enjoy the best possible experience at Hopewell Rocks.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, professional vehicle.
- Follow all company safety policies and operational procedures.
- Represent See Sight Tours with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Valid Class 4/5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for tourism and hospitality.
- Comfortable driving passengers in a commercial passenger vehicle.
- Reliable and punctual with the flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, customer service, or guiding is considered an asset.
