You as a Superintendent will:

Provide overall construction management including design, budget, and schedule in conjunction with the Project Manager, Subcontractors, Owners, Engineers and Architects.
Manage work on site to ensure the compliance of construction with the drawings, specifications and safety regulations.
Plan and implement schedules, determine manpower levels and material quantities, ensure proper equipment and trades are available as required.
Lead project meetings with internal and external parties to monitor and support the team’s ongoing progression.
Advise the Project Manager and senior management of potential problems, work interferences, and schedule difficulties and assist in resolving these problems.
Mentor project team members to ensure career growth and development.
Be jointly responsible to monitor, interpret and forecast a project’s cost reports ensuring they are in line with the estimate and maintain a positive cash flow.

Is this the right role for you?

You have a construction related degree or certification and 10+ years of construction experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience working on large commercial projects (Design Build, P3, Residential, Institutional and Airport).
You have an advanced knowledge of various construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control and engineering drawings.
You have the ability to quickly identify problem situations, evaluate alternative causes, produce workable solutions and lead a large team to successful completion.
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $170,000
