Enterprise Systems Administrator

Location: Moncton, NB, Hybrid (2–3 days/week in office)

Salary Range: $82,600 – $103,300

You'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing critical enterprise systems while supporting ongoing cloud initiatives, particularly within Microsoft Azure. What Will You Do?

Administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise infrastructure environments
Support and manage Microsoft Azure cloud services and related technologies
Monitor system performance, availability, security, and capacity planning
Manage Windows Server environments and related enterprise technologies
Assist with cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, and continuous improvement initiatives
Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, systems, and cloud-related issues
Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure reliable and secure technology services
Participate in infrastructure projects, upgrades, and technology implementations
Maintain system documentation, standards, and operational procedures
Contribute to security best practices and compliance initiatives
Stay current with emerging technologies, including AI, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency

What Do You Bring?

5+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Administration, or a similar enterprise IT role
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure administration and cloud services
Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies and best practices
Experience administering Windows Server environments
Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related Microsoft technologies
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities across infrastructure platforms
Experience supporting hybrid cloud and on-premise environments
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A passion for continuous learning and adopting new technologies
Interest or experience in leveraging AI tools and technologies within IT operations

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience with networking technologies including switching, routing, and firewalls
Linux administration experience
Experience with virtualization technologies
Exposure to infrastructure automation and scripting
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and enterprise security frameworks
