Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various homes, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and a commitment to high standards of hygiene and customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment to ensure effective sanitation.
Handle custodial tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and waste disposal.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and any maintenance issues.
Adhere to safety protocols while performing heavy lifting or moving furniture as required.
Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated time frames.

Skills

Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred, however not necessary.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Capability to perform heavy lifting as needed during cleaning operations.
Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
