Job Overview

Duties

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely food delivery
Lead and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards
Manage food handling procedures to maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance with health regulations
Coordinate with restaurant management to plan menus, monitor inventory, and control costs
Train team members on food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and service standards
Ensure all food served meets quality expectations and adheres to food safety regulations

Skills

Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant setting
Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation
Extensive food service experience within the food industry or hospitality sector
Demonstrated leadership abilities in team management and restaurant operations
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
Excellent communication skills to effectively serve customers and coordinate with staff
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality
