You will be required to work with a rotation of 14 days in camp/14 days out. Sodexo will provide flights from St. John's.
Salary: $80,000-$85,000

Job Description
How You’ll Make an Impact:

Manage food service operations while leading a dynamic culinary team

Oversight of multiple food outlets and catering in addition to main kitchen operations
-
Oversee cost control and budgeting
-
Hire, train and develop culinary team
-
Use creativity in menu planning
-
Drive a standard and consistency in food and food service delivery
-
Create a safe, inclusive workplace environment
-
Build and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship including high levels of client and customer satisfaction and account retention; strong interpersonal relations; and foster a strong safety culture
Qualifications
What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Red Seal certified required
-
Proven experience managing high volume Food & Beverage departments
-
Ability to work to high standards, policies, and procedures
-
Must possess strong team building skills: friendly, outgoing, customer service oriented
-
Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
-
Experience with Human Resources
-
Valid driver’s license
