Newfoundland’s Largest Home Inspection Company
Serving Communities Across Newfoundland & Labrador

We are growing and looking for motivated individuals to join Newfoundland’s largest home inspection company. If you have knowledge of residential construction and enjoy working independently while helping clients make informed decisions, we want to hear from you.

Before proceeding, please be advised that this position is for a sub-franchise owner/operator. This role requires significant training and education, which must be completed and funded at your own expense (approximately $12,900). Please note that there is no guaranteed wage; as an independent operator, you will be responsible for securing and completing your own jobs, similar to the business model of a realtor.

Responsibilities

Perform residential home inspections
Identify and document visible defects and safety concerns
Communicate findings clearly and professionally with clients
Prepare detailed inspection reports
Travel throughout assigned service areas as required
Networking with realtors and clients to secure inspections

Qualifications

Knowledge of residential construction and home building practices an asset, but not required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Attention to detail and strong observational skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Previous inspection experience is considered an asset, but training and support are available for the right candidate

Experience in construction, carpentry, renovations, real estate, or related trades is highly valued.
