Full job description

THE ROLE

This is a hands-on production role in a commercial signage and film installation environment. You’ll support the production team with vinyl application, cutting materials, and assisting with signage, window film, and vehicle wrap projects. This is a full-time, day-shift position with strong potential for long-term growth.

PAY

$20.00/hour + 4% vacation pay
Wage may increase based on performance and skill development

SCHEDULE

Monday to Friday; 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Consistent attendance and punctuality required

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Vinyl application, trimming, and finishing work
Support vehicle wraps and window film installations
Cut decals and prepare materials using hand tools and measuring equipment
Work with adhesives, films, and signage products daily
Maintain organized workspace and follow production standards
Fast-paced environment requiring precision and attention to detail

REQUIREMENTS

Entry to intermediate level (training available)
Experience with vinyl, signage, or precision hand work is an asset
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform fine cutting work
Comfortable with repetitive hand tasks and standing for full shifts
Able to lift up to 50 lbs with good hand-eye coordination
Comfortable working with adhesives, dust, and shop materials
Must not be colour blind (safety requirement)
Valid driver’s license required
Driver’s abstract required
Must pass a background check
