What You’ll Do
- Partner with Vision33 leaders to drive hiring strategy and talent decisions – not just execute it.
- Source and headhunt talent globally - Canada, US, UK, and beyond.
- Build and nurture proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-impact roles.
- Deliver ‘Best-in-Class’ candidate and manager experience.
- Create compelling job ads, outreach campaigns, and employer branding content.
- Manage multiple active searches in a fast-moving environment.
- Bring a creative flair to the table with new ideas, market insights, and a competitive drive.

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of proven success sourcing and hiring in competitive markets.
- Experience hiring a global team in the field of technology & professional services or another related industry is considered an asset.
- Strong network and professional presence on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills with an engaging people-first approach.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong writing skills—you can craft compelling and creative job ads, posts, and communications; Canva experience is an asset.
