Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, dependable and service-focused Front Desk Agent to join our TownePlace Suites team. As the first point of contact to our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, comfortable experience. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently handling check-ins, check-outs, reservations and guest requests. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities

Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests
Complete check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
Manage reservations, room assignments and guest accounts
Respond promptly to guest requests and questions
Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
Handle payments and maintain accurate records
Communicate effectively with housekeeping and other departments
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
Follow Marriott brand standards and hotel procedures
Assist with administrative tasks as required

Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills
Friendly, positive and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Reliable, punctual and responsible
Ability to work independently in a select-service environment
Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays
Problem solving mindset and attention to detail
Previous hotel or customer service experience
Experience with FOSSE or hotel PMS systems

Preferred Qualifications

Cash handling or payment processing experience
Open availabilty
Full-time or Part-time
Overnight shift (typically 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Weekends and holidays as required

Pay: $17.50-$18.20 per hour
