Position Summary

Potential Neurodiversity Centre is seeking a passionate and experienced BCBA/RBA Clinical Supervisor to join our team as an Independent Contractor. This flexible remote/hybrid role offers the opportunity to provide clinical leadership, supervise ABA programming, support families, and contribute to the growth of a new and innovative organization serving the Niagara Region.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct behavioural assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Design, monitor, and revise ABA programs based on client needs and progress.
Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Behaviour Therapists.
Deliver parent coaching and caregiver training.
Complete clinical documentation, reports, and treatment recommendations.
Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners as appropriate.
Ensure services are delivered in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development.

Qualifications

Required

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) in Ontario or eligible for registration.
Experience providing ABA services to autistic children and youth.
Experience conducting behavioural assessments and developing behaviour intervention plans.
Experience supervising Behaviour Therapists and supporting caregivers.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.

Preferred

Currently listed on the Ontario Autism Program (OAP) Provider List or willing to apply.
Experience working with individuals with dual diagnoses.
Experience supporting children and youth up to 17 years of age.
Experience collaborating with other professionals, including Speech-Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists.
