Skateboard or Scooter Coach - City of Pelham
Evolve Camps
Seasonal Contract | July 13 Week & August 10 Week

Can you confidently ride and teach skateboard or scooter?

Evolve Camps is hiring a skilled Skateboard or Scooter Coach to run action sports programs for the City of Pelham during the weeks of July 13 and August 10.

We are looking for someone who can ride at a solid level, demonstrate fundamentals, and confidently teach kids in a structured, positive way.

What You’ll Do

Coach beginner to intermediate riders ages 7 to 14
Demonstrate skills and break down techniques clearly
Run organized drills and small group instruction
Keep campers safe and engaged
Help build confidence through progression and encouragement
Assist with setup and equipment management

This is not a supervision role. You must be able to ride and actively coach.

What We’re Looking For

Confident rider in either skateboard or scooter
Experience teaching or coaching youth preferred
Comfortable leading groups outdoors
Strong communication and positive attitude
Criminal Record Check required
Reliable transportation to Pelham

Evolve Camps has been running action sports programs across Canada for nearly 20 years. We focus on safety, progression, and confidence building.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Skateboard or Scooter: 2 years (required)
