Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Flooring Installer / Renovation Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with flooring installations, demolition, renovations, and general construction tasks while maintaining high-quality workmanship and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Install laminate, vinyl plank, hardwood, engineered hardwood, and tile flooring.
Complete floor preparation, including leveling, underlayment installation, and subfloor repairs.
Assist with bathroom and kitchen renovations.
Perform demolition and site cleanup.
Install trim, baseboards, transitions, and finishing details.
Load, unload, and transport materials and tools.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
Follow project timelines and company quality standards.
Qualifications:
Previous flooring or construction experience preferred.
Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
