This posting is on behalf of one of our clients, who are currently seeking Entry-level Representatives to join their growing team in St. Catharines, ON.

Representatives: Brand Ambassador/ Fundraising Representatives – Sales & Customer Service Background

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-time (5 days); Part-time (3 days) in-person

Job Summary

Our client is seeking passionate and results-driven Representatives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in sales, marketing, or customer engagement who can handle objections confidently and communicate with empathy. You’ll be representing well-known charitable causes while building lasting donor relationships that make a measurable impact in your community.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute fundraising/Brand Ambassador campaigns to achieve daily and weekly goals.
Engage with members of the public in residential and community settings to build awareness and secure long-term donors.
Communicate the mission and values of our partnered charities clearly and persuasively.
Maintain accurate records of donor information using our CRM system.
Collaborate with team leads and management to refine campaign strategies.
Provide exceptional service to donors, ensuring every interaction is positive and transparent.
Stay informed about current campaigns, partner organisations, and fundraising best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to handle objections and stay motivated under pressure.
Professional attitude with a passion for making a difference.
Availability to work between 12:30 PM and 8:30 PM, Monday – Friday.

Vehicle is not required for this position.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:
Fundraisers/Brand Ambassadors are compensated from a large marketing budget provided by our charity clients.
Per-diem safety-net pay + commission + performance bonus.
On average, new representatives secure 2–3 donors per day, earning approximately $800 – $1,000 per week after training.
Training & Support: Free training programs to ensure you’re set up for success.

Expenses: Mileage reimbursement and gas allowance ($50 – $100 per week on average).
