About the Role
Total Transformer Services (TTS) is growing and we’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Shop Labourer & Driver to join our team.
This is a hands-on role that combines general shop labour with local driving responsibilities, including deliveries and pick-ups of materials and equipment. You’ll work alongside our technicians and office team, helping keep our shop organized, safe, and running efficiently.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with general labour, maintenance, and day-to-day duties within the shop.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Complete local deliveries and pick-ups as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop and work area.
- Support tradespeople, technicians, and other team members with shop activities and projects.
- Assist with the safe handling and movement of equipment and materials.
- Use basic hand and power tools as required.
- Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and workplace requirements.
- Take on additional shop duties and tasks as needed to support the team.
What You Bring
- Valid G-class driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physically capable of lifting and handling materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take direction.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on a variety of responsibilities.
- Good attention to safety, organization, and workplace cleanliness.
- Welding experience (MIG, TIG, or stick) is considered an asset.
- Valid AZ driver’s license is considered a strong asset.

- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position.
- Ability to complete local deliveries and pick-ups as required.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Commitment to following TTS safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Successful completion of a background check.
