Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Handle filing, document proofreading, and organization of office files to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
Provide customer support via phone and in person, addressing inquiries and assisting with appointment scheduling
Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, billing, and basic financial record keeping
Support administrative functions including calendar management, correspondence, and office supply inventory
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and effective communication across departments

Requirements

Proven experience in an office environment with clerical or administrative responsibilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Strong computer skills including data entry, typing, proofreading, and familiarity with multi-line phone systems
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
Previous experience in medical or dental office settings is a plus, including dental receptionist or medical office experience
Knowledge of bookkeeping and basic financial procedures is desirable
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
