Reports to: Senior Manager Audience Services
Location: Onsite - Niagara on the Lake, Ontario
Pay Rate: $22.32 hourly plus benefits and group RRSP
The Shaw Festival is seeking seasonal part-time (15-25 hrs) and full-time (35+ hrs) Ushering staff. Visitors from all over North America come to The Shaw to experience outstanding theatre and excellent customer service. The Audience Services department receives appropriate training and coaching to ensure we work together to maintain the highest standards.
Successful candidates will be 15+ years of age, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrate flexibility, adaptability and patience. Candidates should also have well-developed customer service skills and a keen desire to learn and work in a professional and positive environment.
