THE OPPORTUNITY

As our Territory Account Manager (TAM), you are vital to the success and growth of Trinity Power Rentals. It will be through your commitment to success and desire to win that you will help us achieve our goal to be the “go-to” rental power equipment and temporary solutions experts in Canada and the US.

Continually strive to better our competitive advantage of delivering high quality rental and sale products by providing rapid response, high touch and high care service

Act as a Trinity Power brand ambassador to acquire new/maintain customers

Work collaboratively with Inside Sales Team to win and design projects

Grow existing client base with qualified customers

Actively participate and undertake effective sales efforts at trade shows and events

Maintain SAP, Sales Force and other databases with relevant activities as well as customer, competition and project information per Company procedures

Provide detailed and timely project requirements and related required rental terms and conditions so that project managers and inside sales and coordinators can develop accurate quotations to provide the right solution to customers

In conjunction with Sales Team and your manager, develop accurate sales budgets for pending fiscal year and make adjustments quarterly to budget as required

Ensure pricing structure for equipment and services is accurate and reflects company policies on rates structures in place

Assess marketing opportunities and communicate opportunities to Sales team and your manager as opportunities present and at meetings

Gather intelligence on customers and competitors (ie. Product offerings and price structures)

Educate customers about terminology and benefits of products to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction Maintain lasting and trusting relationships with suppliers, customer and contractors

Act as support to other Outside Sales Representatives to guarantee company objectives and service standards are met Stay updated on new technology, processes and best practices

Certified Redseal Journeyman Electrician

Minimum 5 years as qualified working electrician

Strong electrical/power systems technical background within a commercial and/or industrial environment

Knowledge and experience of high (above 750Volts) and low voltage transformation, distribution, protection, automatic starting equipment, generators, and power line systems and their related testing and installation methods is an asset

Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business development and closing skills

Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills

Proven ability to develop new business, as well as maintain existing clients

Territory Experience with ERP (SAP) and CRM (Salesforce) software is an asset

Able to work a flexible schedule, including working beyond regular hours
