Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Answer phone calls and emails professionally
Schedule service calls and track job progress
Prepare and send invoices, quotes, and purchase orders
Keep files and records organized (digital and paper)
Help manage our website and Facebook page (posting updates, photos, etc.)
Assist with timesheets, permit tracking, and basic bookkeeping
Support our field staff and office team with various admin tasks

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and basic office software
Familiar with Facebook and updating simple website content
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Experience in construction or electrical work is an asset, but not required
