Montana’s BBQ & Bar in North Bay is looking for an energetic, guest-focused Dining Room Manager who is passionate about hospitality, team development, and creating memorable dining experiences.

About the Role
As our Dining Room Manager, you will be responsible for leading the front-of-house team and ensuring every guest receives the outstanding service that Montana’s is known for. You will work closely with the management team to drive sales, improve guest satisfaction, and build a culture of hospitality and accountability.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coach servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff.
- Champion Montana's guest experience standards.
- Drive service excellence and ensure consistent execution.
- Monitor and improve guest satisfaction scores and online reviews.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and create positive resolutions.
- Recruit, train, and develop front-of-house team members.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and ongoing coaching.
- Manage labour costs while maintaining service standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and liquor regulations.
- Support local marketing initiatives and community involvement.
- Work alongside the General Manager to achieve sales and profitability targets.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Passion for hospitality and guest service.
- Proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience with scheduling, labour management, and restaurant operations.
- Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Smart Serve Certification (or willingness to obtain).
