About the Position
We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team in North Bay.
The Service Coordinator will coordinate service requests from initial work ticket creation through completion and billing. This position will work closely with customers, technical staff, and internal teams to ensure service requests are scheduled, communicated, updated, and completed accurately and efficiently.
This is a fully in-office position, Monday to Friday. We are flexible with daily hours and are open to schedules between approximately 32 and 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain work tickets and service orders.
- Schedule and dispatch appropriate technical personnel.
- Coordinate service appointments and priorities and techinician schedules.
- Communicate with customers regarding service requests, scheduling, updates, and completion.
- Maintain accurate and timely communication between technical staff and customers.
- Monitor service requests and follow up on outstanding work.
- Update service records and ensure information is accurate and complete.
- Complete service orders and documentation required for billing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Perform other administrative duties related to service coordination as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in service coordination, dispatching, scheduling, customer service, administration, or a similar role is an asset.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education:
- High School Diploma
- Vocational diploma, college certificate or diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Business/Administartion or related field
- A valid driver’s license with acceptable driver abstract,

Schedule & Flexibility
Working in the office 5 days per week is mandatory.
For a standard 40-hour week, the schedule is:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
We are also open to alternative schedules, such as:
- 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
- 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
We recognize that flexibility can be important for employees managing school or childcare schedules and are willing to discuss a schedule that works for both the employee and the business.
Compensation
Starting wage: $25.00 per hour
Compensation may be discussed based on relevant experience and qualifications.
