Full job description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the Managing Director to provide confidential administrative and executive support in a fast-paced business environment. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at managing priorities, coordinating executive schedules, and maintaining a high level of discretion.

Responsibilities

Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas and minutes.
Screen phone calls and emails, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
Maintain confidential files, business records, and executive documentation.
Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external partners.
Track deadlines, projects, and follow-up actions.
Support special projects and provide high-level administrative assistance.

Requirements

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
