What You’ll Own (Day-to-Day)
Grow sales and market share within the assigned territory
The opening will be based out of our North Bay branch, covering a territory of approximately 100 km in each direction
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular on-site visits, calls, and follow-ups
Proactively identify and understand customer needs and operational challenges
Deliver value-based solutions that help customers reduce their total cost of ownership
Follow Canadian Bearings’ established sales strategy and sales process
Prospect and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts
Maintain accurate sales activity, opportunity tracking, and forecasting in the CRM
Collaborate with internal teams including sales, pricing, supply chain, and finance to support customer success
Conduct root cause analysis and work with internal and external resources to provide effective solutions
Engage in continuous learning to stay current on products, technical solutions, and industry trends
Who You Are (Must-Have)
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
Demonstrated success in B2B sales
Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand technical solutions
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to make data-informed decisions
Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory

Compensation
$65,000 - $80,000
Canadian Bearings provides the salary range for this role to promote pay equity and transparency. The range reflects the anticipated base salary for the position; however, actual compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
