Position Overview
We are looking for motivated and client-focused Licensed Insurance Brokers (RIBO) to join our team across Ontario. Both experienced professionals and newly licensed brokers are welcome to apply. In this role, you will work with quality leads, build lasting client relationships, and develop your expertise in insurance, client advisory, and business development.
You will be fully supported by dedicated service team, comprehensive training, and access to multiple insurance markets, giving you the tools to grow your career and achieve long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell and advise on Auto, Home, and other personal lines insurance products
- Identify client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
- Cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products to maximize opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support retention and repeat business
- Manage the client journey from quoting to policy binding, working closely with internal service teams for ongoing support
- Generate new business through networking and referrals
- Ensure compliance with RIBO regulations, underwriting guidelines, and company standards
- Maintain accurate client records and manage interactions within CRM systems
What We’re Looking For
- RIBO License – Required
- 2–4 years of experience in insurance, sales, brokerage, or financial services
- Solid Sales Experience & strong interest in insurance and client advisory
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client interactions
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote based role
