Job Overview

Join our vibrant culinary team as a Line Cook/Prep Cook, where your passion for food and dedication to excellence will shine! In this energetic role, you will be the backbone of our kitchen, preparing fresh ingredients, cooking delicious dishes, and ensuring every plate meets our high standards. Your enthusiasm for food service and commitment to food safety will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests. This paid position offers a dynamic environment where teamwork, skill development, and culinary creativity thrive.

Duties

Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Cook a variety of menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to uphold safety and sanitation standards
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Follow all food safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service experiences

Qualifications

Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is highly preferred
Knowledge of food handling safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards learning new skills
Familiarity with restaurant or food industry standards is a plus
Willingness to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
