Job Description;

Report to Operations Manager
Ensure efficient and safe work environment
Provide work direction and support to the mechanics and maintenance staff
Source and order parts as required
Maintain stock on critical components
Track supply and material inventories
Document and organize equipment and maintenance information
Manage preventative maintenance program/schedule along with defect list for a fleet of equipment
Schedule equipment for maintenance and liaise with operation management team
Source and schedule outside service providers as required
Maintain annual inspections and warranty information
Generate cost and equipment health reports
Ship and receive parts/tool

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience in parts/service, maintenance management (leadership experience recommended)
Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel and Fleet Management Softwares
Requires critical thinking, problem solving, organizational and communication skills
Good time management skills
Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
Able to work in a fast passed and changing environment (priorities change based on operational needs)
Requires open mindedness, ambition, accountability and transparency
Valid drivers license
Experience with Fleetsoft is an asset
