We are currently looking for a compassionate, organized, and people-focused Dental Receptionist to join our growing team in beautiful North Bay, Ontario.

This is more than just an administrative role — it's an opportunity to become the calming presence patients remember, the person who helps them feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for from the very first phone call to their final visit.

What Your Days Will Look Like

Welcoming patients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism
Helping patients confidently understand treatment plans, insurance, and next steps
Coordinating schedules to create a smooth and positive patient experience
Processing insurance claims and managing patient accounts accurately
Supporting both patients and the clinical team every step of the way
Creating an atmosphere where patients feel comfortable, valued, and cared for

Schedule

Full-Time Opportunity
Monday- Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Ideal candidates will have:

Dental adminstrative experience is REQUIRED; candidates who have relevant dental experience will be contacted.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
A dependable, team-oriented mindset
A passion for creating exceptional patient experiences
