Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Full-Time Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant functions, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead a team of hospitality professionals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive food service experience, and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences. This role involves managing food preparation, supervising staff, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating team members.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality standards are met.
Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling procedures.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
Coordinate daily restaurant operations to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of hospitality.
Conduct interviews and participate in the onboarding process for new employees.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
Collaborate with kitchen staff on menu planning, food presentation, and service standards.
Implement policies related to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

Skills

Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS; cash handling expertise is essential.
Demonstrated supervising experience with team management capabilities.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
Familiarity with restaurant operations including food industry best practices, serving protocols, and hospitality standards.
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment.
Skills in interviewing potential team members and conducting performance evaluations.
Knowledge of food handling procedures, kitchen operations, and restaurant experience is highly desirable.
Additional experience in hotel or barista roles is considered a plus for versatile management skills.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
