Office Administrator
AIDE Canada (Autism and/or Intellectual Disability Knowledge Exchange Network) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our team in delivering programs, resources, and services to individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities, their families, and professionals across Canada.

Key Qualifications and Skills
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven experience in office administration, coordination, or a related administrative support role.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including advanced working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience maintaining records, tracking data, preparing reports, and supporting day-to-day office operations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience coordinating meetings, schedules, and administrative processes.
- Working knowledge of website content management, website workflows, and basic website updates or activations.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and digital marketing platforms, including monitoring campaigns and generating basic performance reports.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a remote and multidisciplinary team environment while exercising sound judgment and initiative.

Schedule
This role if part-time 30 hours a week
Preferred candidate
- Location, Richmond, BC, with option for partial-hybrid
- Bilingual (English and French) is preferred but not mandatory

How is AIDE Canada Funded?
AIDE Canada is funded by the Public Health Agency of Canada and by in-kind contributions from our hub network. We do not accept grants or funding from any other sources. AIDE Canada is led and administered by Pacific Autism Family Network and in partnership with a number of regional ‘hub’ organizations across Canada that are leaders in the autism and/or intellectual disabilities community.
