Full job description

Waterstone Law Group LLP, a leading Fraser Valley law firm, is seeking a permanent, full-time Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our Langley team.

This dual-role position is in-office only and combines front desk reception duties, including greeting clients, answering phones, and coordinating appointments, with general office support such as bank and supply runs, inventory maintenance, and administrative assistance.

A reliable personal vehicle is required for regular errands. Mileage reimbursement will be provided.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and eager to learn. They will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Previous experience in a professional office environment is preferred.

This role offers excellent long-term growth potential, along with ongoing support, development, and mentoring in a collaborative team environment.
