What You'll Do
- Prepare acrylic, composite, aluminum and steel components for paint
- Sand, clean, mask, and prime fabricated sign parts
- Spray high-quality finishes using our paint systems
- Inspect your own work to ensure it meets our quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe paint area
- Work closely with fabrication and production teams
- Follow established SOPs and quality processes
What We're Looking For
- Experience in industrial, automotive, cabinet, metal, or sign painting is an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Takes pride in producing quality work
- Able to follow standardized processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Valid driver's licence is an asset
