SSRG is seeking an experienced Regional Manager for the Northwest Territories to provide strategic and operational leadership, oversee client-focused security operations, and support the continued growth of our services across the territory.
The Regional Manager, Northwest Territories (RMNT) is responsible for all client-focused uniformed guarding and mobile operations across the Territory. The position plays a critical role by providing meaningful, effective leadership to a diverse team of personnel who provide protective services to a variety of SSRG clients. The RMNT is ultimately responsible for customer service excellence across the region.

Orchestrating the delivery of programs and services; developing a broad and deep knowledge of all programs and services offered by the organization

Identifying new business opportunities, and playing an integral role in business development and procurement processes

Developing and maintaining effective, trust-based relationships with existing and potential customers and leveraging relationships to obtain future business

Overseeing timekeeping, payroll and a fleet of SSRG vehicles
Requirements

Minimum five years of experience in complex, senior leadership roles in security, public safety, industrial operations or a related field; 10+ years of experience is strongly preferred

Working Conditions
The RMNT is based in Yellowknife, with travel across Canada as needed. The position works both remotely with access to an SSRG office as needed.
The RMNT generally works traditional office hours but is required to be available and accessible at all times in order to respond to urgent matters that may arise.
While applicants willing to relocate to the Northwest Territories may be considered, please note that strong preference is given to individuals already established in the Yellowknife community.
