Epic Certified Application Analyst – Tapestry (Remote)

About the Role
We are seeking Epic Certified Application Analysts to join our growing healthcare IT team. This is a 100% remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere within Canada.
We are actively hiring across all experience levels, including Junior, Intermediate, Senior, and Expert Application Analysts. Whether you're early in your Epic career or bring years of implementation and application support experience, we'd love to hear from you.
Our primary preference is for professionals with Epic Tapestry certification and experience. However, we are also interested in speaking with candidates who hold active Epic certifications in other modules and have strong experience in application support, implementation, optimization, or production support.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Epic applications throughout the full project lifecycle, including system configuration, workflow analysis, testing, implementation, optimization, upgrades, and production support.
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic applications to support business and operational needs.
- Analyze workflows and collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
- Gather and translate business requirements into effective Epic solutions.
- Support application implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.
- Perform application testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve production issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Participate in system optimization initiatives and workflow redesign.
- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with Epic standards, organizational policies, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Active Epic certification in at least one Epic application.
- Experience supporting Epic applications in a healthcare environment.
- Experience with application configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working directly with business users and technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Epic Tapestry Certification (Highly Preferred)
Experience with one or more Tapestry modules, including:
- Claims Administration
- Contracts Administration
- Eligibility & Enrollment
- CRM Administration
- Benefits Engine
- Pricing
- Utilization Management
- Accounts Payable Administration
Candidates with active Epic certifications in other modules are also encouraged to apply, including:

Pay: $30.00-$65.00 per hour
