Full job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cabinetry Design Coordinator to join our growing team. This role supports the design and project coordination process for all cabinetry projects, working closely with designers, suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Scale and interpret architectural drawings and construction plans.
Create preliminary design proposals and client presentation, including floor plans, elevations, 3D renderings, and project pricing.
Use 2020 design software or AutoCAD to produce cabinetry designs.
Prepare project documentation required for site measurements and installation planning.
Coordinate material orders and communicate with suppliers regarding project requirements, lead times, and deliveries.
Track project progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure all project information is up to date.
Monitor order status and follow up on deliveries to support project timelines.
Provide administrative support to the design and sales teams.
Ensure all project documentation is organized and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Experience in an administrative, project coordination, or similar support role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
Ability to read and understand architectural and construction drawings.
General knowledge of kitchen and bath design principles.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in the construction, renovation, or cabinetry industry.
Understanding of cabinetry construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Experience with design software like 2020 or AutoCAD.
Previous sales or customer service experience.
Familiarity with project management and order-tracking processes.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
