Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles, assisting stranded motorists, and ensuring that all services are performed in compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Operate tow trucks and other related equipment to transport vehicles safely.
Respond promptly to calls for roadside assistance and towing services.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on towing equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and vehicle conditions.
Collaborate with dispatchers to efficiently manage service requests.

Requirements

Valid class 5 with( AIR BREAKS )driving license is required.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
Forklift operation experience is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
