Window Cleaning Technician
Job Type: Full Time (Seasonal or Permanent Position)
Location: Burlington
4 days a week, 10 hours a week (3 days off)
Option to work overtime and weekends

This is a seasonal Spring - Fall role designed for our peak service months. Technicians who demonstrate strong performance and reliability may be offered extended or year round opportunities.
As a Service Technician, you’ll be the person homeowners rely on for professional, knowledgeable service. You’ll complete window cleaning, soft washing, gutter cleaning, and other residential services while educating customers and helping them understand the best options for their home. Your work directly shapes how people experience our brand.

What You’ll Be Doing
Service Delivery
- Window washing (interior and exterior)
- Gutter cleaning
- Screen and track cleaning
- Soft-washing residential homes
- Identifying maintenance issues and recommending solutions
- Communicating clearly with homeowners about the work performed and next steps
Operational Duties
- Keeping your vehicle organized and well-maintained
- Managing equipment and ensuring everything is in safe working order
- Learning and applying cleaning procedures
- Communicating expectations & best options to homeowners
- Following company procedures for safety, customer service, and quality control
Physical Expectations
- Able to lift & carry up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable on ladders, roofs, and elevated surfaces
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Capable of walking, bending, crouching, and climbing throughout the day

Earning Potential: High-performing technicians regularly earn $300/day during busy seasons.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
